The newest Russian sea-based hypersonic missile, the Zircon, proved to be unique not only in terms of its technical capabilities and combat power, but also in terms of protection against enemy counteraction.

According to the presented data, the key feature of the "stealth" technology used in the Russian cruise missile "Zircon" is the formation of a plasma layer on the surface of the rocket, due to its flight speed of 10 thousand km / h, as a result of which radars located frontally to the missile's flight course will simply not see their target-theoretically, only those radars that will be directed at the missile from behind will be able to detect it.

The Russian hypersonic cruise missile "Zircon" today is one of the deadliest types of weapons, from which not only can not be protected even by modern air defense/missile defense systems, but even detect the missile, especially since from the moment of launch to the moment of hitting the target will take less than 10 minutes.
