MOSCOW, May 18 - RIA Novosti. The United States rejects Russia's proposals to criminalize the creation of software suitable for cyber attacks, said Nikolai Murashov, deputy director of the Russian National Coordination Center for Computer Incidents.
On Tuesday, during an online conference on the site of MIA "Russia Today", he noted that Russia stands for the fact that the development of software suitable for cyber attacks would be criminalized.
"All our attempts to agree at the international level on the decriminalization of such actions have ended in vain. The United States of America constantly defends the position about the possibility of manufacturing malicious software, and the criminal component is assigned only to its use, " Murashov said.
