MOSCOW, 21 Apr-RIA Novosti. Vladimir Putin, in a message to the Federal Assembly, said that any actions that pose a danger to Russia will be followed by an asymmetric, quick and tough response.
At the same time, the head of state stressed that the Russian authorities have enough responsibility and confidence in their rightness in making any decision.
"But I hope that no one will think of crossing the so-called red line in relation to Russia. And where it will take place, we will determine in each specific case ourselves," Putin added.

The President also pointed to unfriendly actions against Moscow and noted that the Kremlin behaves in this situation with maximum restraint.
Putin added that Russia seeks to have good relations with all states and does not want to "burn bridges".
Earlier, the head of state delivered a message to the Federal Assembly. Most of it was devoted to social and economic issues, but in the end, the Russian leader also touched on foreign policy issues.
