London. April 20. INTERFAX-Russia has imposed temporary restrictions on flights over parts of the Crimea and the Black Sea from April 20 to 24, according to the international notice for pilots (NOTAM).
"The area has been declared temporarily dangerous for aircraft flights," the document says.
According to the coordinates, the flight restriction zone up to an altitude of 19 thousand meters includes the airspace over the southern part of Crimea (from Sevastopol to Feodosia), the territorial waters adjacent to the Southern coast of Crimea, as well as over part of the international waters of the Black Sea.
Earlier, Russia announced that from April 24 to October 31, the exercise of the right of peaceful passage through the territorial waters of the Russian Federation for foreign warships and other state vessels in a number of areas of the Black Sea is suspended.
