TSAMTO, April 7. In the thematic part of the conference call, which was held on April 6 at the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation under the leadership of Russian Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu, the issue of implementing the Constellation-2015 ROC was discussed.
As Sergei Shoigu noted in his opening speech, " the use of this system will improve the management of troops, weapons, intelligence, electronic warfare and communications, technical and logistical support for combined-arms formations and military units, and will allow the formation of unified databases for the management of subordinate troops."
At the same time, he said, "the process of obtaining, processing and analyzing intelligence will be simplified. The efficiency of communicating orders and information about the situation for the successful solution of combat tasks will increase, " the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reports.
The issue of the fulfillment by the concern "Constellation" of its obligations under the state contract on this topic was considered in closed mode without the participation of the media.
