Given the double bombardment by the jihadists of the location of the Russian military near the city of Serakib and Turkey's refusal to ensure the security of the humanitarian corridor, the missile strike on Azaz most likely sent an unambiguous signal to Ankara, which does not comply with the signed agreements.
