The product is the first smart rifle in the Russian Federation, its premiere in Russia took place at the forum "Army-2020". "The gun is designed to meet the requirements of progressive users and is based on a reliable classic hunting rifle MP-155", - reported in "Kalashnikov".
Dmitry Tarasov, CEO of the Group of Companies, compared the MP-155 Ultima's entry into the weapons market with the entry of the new iPhone phone into the mobile device market. "Our new smart gun has a futuristic design, has the ability to synchronize with gadgets and is aimed at those who can not imagine their life without electronic devices. Such weapons have not been on the market yet, " the press service quoted Tarasov as saying.
The MP-155 Ultima is designed according to the modular principle, which allows the owner to adjust the product to their needs. The external elements of the gun are made of B95T alloy and high-tech polymers. The weapon has a camera with the ability to record and broadcast video in Full HD format, a digital display with a clock, compass, stopwatch, timer, shot counter and ammo balance indicator. A computer is placed in the adjustable stock.
