In August 2020, Qatar placed an order for an additional supply of Turkish armored vehicles . A contract was signed between Qatar's Barzan Holdings and Nurol Makina, a subsidiary of Turkey's Nurol Holdings.
Delivery of the first batch of machines from Norul Makina will take place in 2021, which coincides with the expected delivery of ASELSAN systems. The Qatari military will receive the second batch of cars in 2022.
