The stations are capable of detecting air, land and sea targets
MOSCOW, December 26. /TASS/. Concern " VEGA "of the holding "Roselektronika" (part of rostec) began export deliveries of modernized ground stations of radio-technical intelligence "POST-ZM", capable of detecting air, land and sea targets. This was reported to TASS by the General Director of the concern Vyacheslav Mikheev.
"As part of the first export contract signed by Rosoboronexport, we manufactured the first batch of products for this station and the special exporter handed them over to a foreign customer," Mikheev said.
He noted that the station is located on the car and is completely Autonomous. "POST-3M" is capable of automatic search and detection in the circular sector of the space survey in the entire frequency range of signals from air -, land-and sea-based radar stations. Also, the signals of on-Board responders of state identification systems are monitored, automatic bearing, detection and tracking of radio emission sources are carried out.
One of the main advantages of this station is an instant all-round view in the sector from 0 to 360 degrees in the frequency range up to 40 GHz.
The ground-based upgraded radio intelligence station "POST-ZM" was developed and produced by the research Institute "Vector" (an enterprise of the concern "VEGA").
