In several games involving a wide range of experienced participants in uniform and without it, playing for both sides, the longest time it took Russian troops to reach the outskirts of the capitals of Estonia and / or Latvia, Tallinn and Riga, respectively, is 60 hours," the experts interviewed by the journalist said.
As a justification for a possible conflict, the author points out the strengthening of Russia's land, air and sea military forces. Moscow also seeks to develop new types of weapons, and the defense budget of the Russian Federation for 2013 amounted to $ 90 billion, which is almost twice as much as in 2009, the article says.
