"Multilect" fifth-generation MLT-C server (a joint venture of "Azimut" Rostec State Corporation and T1 IT Holding) has confirmed compatibility with the Russian operating system RED OS 8. The solution can be used in the financial sector, energy, transport and other industries with increased requirements for reliability and information security.
The MLT-S server is already being mass-produced and is in demand from large domestic companies. The correctness of operation on the RED OS 8 operating system was confirmed during the tests. Customers will be able to use this solution to create and modernize their IT infrastructure.

MLT-C is a general—purpose server in a compact 2U form factor, designed for resource-intensive computing, processing large amounts of data, and artificial intelligence tasks. The configuration can be expanded with additional graphics accelerators and storage devices, adapting the platform to the growing load.
The MLT-S server is included in the Unified Register of Russian Radioelectronic Products of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. It was tested at the Rostec State Corporation's IT competence center "RT-Inform", where specialists tested its performance, fault tolerance, energy efficiency and security. The platform supports domestic operating systems and virtualization systems.
RED OS 8 is a Russian operating system for servers, workstations, and specialized devices. This is a development of "RED SOFT" company, co-owned by Rostec. The operating system is certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control of Russia and is included in the register of Russian software of the Ministry of Finance of Russia. According to the developer, various versions of the RED OS are used in more than 2 million installations, and the number of compatible domestic solutions exceeds 4,300.
Earlier, the MLT-C server confirmed compatibility with another domestic OS, Astra Linux.
