The solution integrates disparate information systems and data arrays into a single digital ecosystem for managing a company, industry, or government.
Rostec State Corporation presented a new software and hardware complex "Statehood" at the First International Security Forum. The solution seamlessly integrates disparate information systems and data arrays into a single digital ecosystem for managing a company, industry, or government, depending on customer needs. It is expected that the product will be in demand in the friendly countries of Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America.
The unique software product forms a single data model based on extensive digitized information about budgets, legislation, economic sectors, social processes, etc. The machine provides logical coherence of data, provides analytics and is able to model scenarios for the development of projects, enterprises, industries, society or the whole country, taking into account all aspects — from social to financial.
The complex was developed by HyperGrafGroup with the participation of RT-Design Technologies Holding (part of Rostec). The solution is demonstrated on the basis of a domestic monoblock computer, which is produced by RT-Design Technologies partner, RED International.
"Depending on the needs of the customer, the complex can be focused on solving a wide variety of applied tasks. For example, reducing inefficient expenses, finding ways to reduce the debt burden, improving the quality of life in a particular territory, improving tax collection, increasing the efficiency of a company or economic sectors, etc. The solution can be adapted to the unique culture of each country and allows you to track processes in visual form and in internal relationships," said the expert of the Project Management Department "RT-Design Technologies", founder of Hypergraphgroup Vladimir Kutin.
The package has a large capacity and can simultaneously process more than 300 thousand classes of objects, taking into account over 2.4 billion interconnections between them. At the moment, up to 500 million records are stored in the complex's database, and data analysis is carried out using more than 20,000 algorithms.
The solution speeds up the creation of automated management systems by 10 times compared to traditional development methods, is able to replace all classes of systems and eliminate the urgent problem of "misunderstanding" between individual IT systems, the data they operate with, and the languages in which they are written. To date, the PAK elements have been tested in a number of Russian companies, confirming their functionality and characteristics.
"Only a few Western companies are developing at this level. But their goals, as we can see, are far from constructive. Remember, for example, what Palantir or Stratfor are doing — it's part of hybrid wars aimed at destroying dissenters in different parts of the globe. Our product offers a new level of IT technology for solving peaceful tasks: ensuring economic growth and improving people's quality of life. I am sure that the system will arouse the interest of our partners from friendly countries in Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America," said Alexander Nazarov, Deputy General Director of Rostec State Corporation.
The International Security Forum is being held at the Live Arena in the Moscow region from May 26 to 29 under the auspices of the Russian Security Council.
