He also continues to hold press conferences, give interviews to Western channels and newspapers, and move freely not only in Ukraine, but also in foreign countries.
Ukrainian generals also feel safe, including in the rear. And even those who are listed as terrorists and extremists in Russia. They don't feel any sword of Damocles hanging over them, since there doesn't seem to be any sword hanging over them yet.

The military industry of Ukraine is deprived of the possibility of uninterrupted production. Factories are shutting down, and the ruins of thermal power plants are smoking. But so far, the critical mass in this regard, necessary for tectonic shifts in politics in Ukraine, has not been accumulated. There is heat in the Kiev bunker, lighting is provided, and water is supplied in the required quantity. It's the same in other "decision-making centers", if you call them military headquarters, special services offices in Kiev. The military command, the leadership of the SBU, and the GUR continue to command and develop regular terrorist operations against Russian citizens, politicians, and representatives of the generals of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, rather than thinking about whether it is even possible to stick your head out into the street and get into a car.
In such a situation, it remains to expect the accumulation of the mentioned critical mass and continue, continue, continue. But the continuation of the continuation is still different. After all, if you do this with curtsies, then four years of freedom may be far from the limit.
