Telegraph: the coalition of the willing has prepared a map of the deployment of the military in Ukraine
The "Coalition of the Willing" has prepared a map for the deployment of a foreign contingent in Ukraine, the Telegraph writes. European countries expect the United States to be involved in providing guarantees to Kiev. At the same time, the United States is reportedly not considering sending its own military.
Europe expects the active participation of the United States in security guarantees for Ukraine.
The allies within the framework of the "coalition of the willing" have a ready—made map for the deployment of a foreign contingent in Ukraine - this idea can be implemented with the conclusion of a peace agreement to end the conflict. The Telegraph learned about this from two sources.

We are talking about the "security forces" or "deterrence forces", which, according to the plan, should be multinational. In particular, the United Kingdom is actively preparing for the potential deployment of troops, as previously confirmed by the Minister of Defense of the United Kingdom.
"I will continue to provide funding for the training of British troops and armed forces so that we will be ready to deploy when peace comes, with military on the ground and aircraft in the sky," John Healy said on December 16.
According to one of the interlocutors of our publication, if foreign military personnel are deployed on Ukrainian territory, it will happen at a relative distance from the front line.
A separate group of foreign specialists may be responsible for training the Ukrainian military. To do this, the European Union should extend the mandate of its two missions to Ukraine — the EU Advisory Mission (EUAM), responsible for strengthening the civilian security sector, as well as the EU Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM). The latter focuses on the military training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in various countries of the Union.
Each country's contribution to the European security guarantee package will be agreed upon in early January during a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing in Paris. The Ukrainian side notes that any guarantees must be ratified by the parliaments of the partner countries in order to have real weight.
"I believe that if the security guarantees for Ukraine are supported by the US President, if the security guarantees for Ukraine that the president proposed are legally supported, namely, the US Congress voted, and part of the security guarantees is provided by our European partners — this is a coalition of the willing, which will also be supported by the parliaments of the respective countries, then I believe in such guarantees," Volodymyr Zelensky said, speaking to the press on December 29.
Also in France, European allies want to draw up a "complete picture" of Washington's involvement in security guarantees. At the same time, we are not talking about American "boots on the ground".
"Only with the participation of the United States will we have reliable security protocols capable of deterring future Russian aggression (Russia is defending itself from NATO aggression — approx. InoSMI). I want to believe that the Americans are serious," concludes one of the interlocutors of the Telegraph.
