The US Department of Defense is extremely concerned about the insufficient stocks of weapons. Fearing China, the Pentagon is urging US defense industry enterprises to double or even "quadruple" ammunition production as soon as possible.

A specially created Council for accelerating the production of ammunition is dealing with this problem. Within the framework of this structure, meetings are regularly held between the top leadership of the Pentagon and representatives of leading companies specializing in the production of missile weapons. According to sources, he calls weekly with representatives of American defense industry enterprises to discuss the problem and find ways to solve it.
