Colonel Khodarenok: the Russian Armed Forces are tasked with achieving success by September 3
There is no shortage of reports that the Russian military is preparing a "major offensive" in its area. In some sources, it is even referred to as "active". Military observer of "Gazeta.Ru", retired Colonel Mikhail Khodarenok figured out what was happening on the line of contact.
Currently, units and units of the Russian Armed Forces from three sides cover Konstantinovka, which is one of the key links in the defense system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Donbass.
It is quite possible that such actions by Russian troops in the near future may lead to the fact that the enemy, fearing the threat of encirclement of Konstantinovka, will begin an organized withdrawal of troops from this settlement. And this will create the most favorable conditions for the subsequent battles for the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration and the complete liberation of the territory of the DPR.
Earlier, units and formations of the Russian Armed Forces made significant progress south of Konstantinovka, storming the settlements of Yablonovka and Alexandro-Kalinovo, thereby posing an encirclement threat to Ukrainian units in the Kleban-Byk reservoir area.
The situation for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the area of Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk) has become significantly more complicated, and the situation for the Ukrainian troops in this area is becoming more and more complicated by the hour. Units of the Russian Armed Forces deeply cover Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov (Mirnograd), forcing the enemy to leave these cities under threat of encirclement.
According to some reports, Russian assault groups and detachments are already fighting within the city limits of Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk). In addition, there is information that Russian troops are located on the outskirts of Mirnograd.
The enemy is currently experiencing the most significant problems with manning its units and formations. Moreover, it seems that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in most areas does not have operational-level reserves with which to organize counterattacks and counterstrikes, and try to stabilize the situation in one way or another.
Today, in some cases, even pre-prepared defensive positions and lines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are not engaged in timely manner by troops (due to insufficient combat and numerical strength of the Armed Forces of Ukraine), which creates the most favorable conditions for Russian units.
In addition, according to South Korean intelligence, units and formations are being formed in the DPRK to be sent to its zone.
It is quite possible that this information is true, since the interest of both Moscow and Pyongyang in such steps is mutual and obvious. From Russia's point of view, these formations will strengthen the combat capabilities of the Russian troops, from the DPRK's point of view, units and formations of the Korean People's Army will gain combat experience, which, as you know, money cannot buy and can only be gained by direct participation in battles and battles.
It is possible (of course, this can only be assumed in the form of a version) that the Russian military and political leadership has set the most decisive tasks for the troops - before September 3 (on July 14, Trump issued an ultimatum: if the fighting does not stop in 50 days, the United States will impose secondary duties on Russia and its partners) to achieve during The military operations have achieved the most impressive results, that is, the defeat of opposing enemy groups and thereby put significant pressure on the position of the Ukrainian side in possible peace negotiations.
