Atom can be supplemented with hybrid and hydrogen versions.
From the words of Philip Dyakov, head of the testing department of the Kama company, which is engaged in the creation of the Atom electric car, it became known that the manufacturer is evaluating the possibility of producing the Atom in hybrid as well as hydrogen versions. He brought them on a test drive of pre-production samples.
As specified, Kama considers the production of cars with hybrid power plants and alternative energy sources to be very promising, and the issue of producing hybrid and hydrogen Atom is being actively discussed. However, the company's specific plans for this are still unknown. Recall that the electric Atom was equipped with an engine producing 150 kW or a little more than 200 hp, which accelerates the electric car to 100 km / h in 8 seconds, and the traction battery capacity is enough to cover a distance of 500 km.

Atom can be supplemented with hybrid and hydrogen versions.
Atom also has its own interesting features, such as the presence of swing doors with missing central pillars, an information display integrated into the steering wheel, and driver support with a voice assistant powered by artificial intelligence algorithms. A couple of weeks ago, Kama specialists completed the first stage of crash tests (three stages are planned in total), in which the bodies themselves were tested, as well as pre-production samples of the electric vehicle. Atom is expected to reach mass production in the third quarter of this year.
