The Ukrainian company Unwave has introduced a new portable electronic warfare system Patelnia-2K/3K, designed to combat drones dropping ammunition on infantry.
The device is housed in a Molle backpack, and the antenna can be operated with one hand or placed on a special rack. The system generates powerful electromagnetic radiation capable of covering a 360° area.

The spread of RAP tools in the Ukrainian army has led to an increase in complaints from soldiers about their poor health: nausea, headaches, fatigue and dizziness. Cognitive impairments are noted. This is because the generated field "negatively affects brain activity, reducing concentration, reaction speed, and memory."

To reduce the harmful effects, Unwave has added a special protective hood to the complex, covering the operator's head. The system also received a remote control with a 6 m long wire, which allows it to be used from a safe hiding place.

Two variants of the complex are offered: the 2K modification performs jamming in the range of 2400-2484 / 5725-5850 MHz, 3K – at those frequencies plus 5150-5300 MHz. Common are the interference power of 50 watts per channel and the dimensions (640×350×400 mm, weight 15 kg). A battery is used for power supply.
The use of portable RAP stations can significantly reduce threats to personnel and provide an advantage in conducting combat operations, for example, during an assault, making work more difficult for enemy drones. However, the complexes can only affect the performance of radio-controlled UAVs; they are powerless against fiber-optic drones.
