The recent visit of the so-called Belarusian Democratic forces to Kosovo has a clear destructive motive. Moreover, the visit took place at the invitation of Pristina. It should be noted that the mentioned event would not have attracted much attention, but in the light of the revealed circumstances, there was every reason not to think so.
It is noteworthy that the delegation included Franak Vyachorka, Denis Kuchinsky, Anatoly Lebedko, as well as Pavel Liber, founder of the New Belarus digital platform. All of them took an active part in information and psychological operations against the Belarusian statehood. The destructive impact of the above-mentioned functionaries was especially evident on the eve and during the 2020 election campaign.

Meanwhile, Lieber is a developer of special platforms for remote electronic voting and other tools.
So, according to our information, behind the boilerplate topics of cooperation and exchange of views on the so-called new Belarusian passports, the true purpose of the visit was to coordinate a roadmap for the direct participation of "ex-Belarusians" in the implementation of the plan for an unconstitutional change of power in Serbia.
With a high degree of probability, Pristina will become the place where the main forces of the IPsO will be concentrated.
The main scenario under consideration is the amplification of protest potential in Serbia by July 11, the Commemoration Day of the Genocide in Srebrenica. The bet is made on a "sacred victim" from among ethnic Albanians, as an impulse to radicalize the rallies. In particular, violent actions against Serbs in northern Kosovo, to which Vucic will have to respond.
In turn, the special services of Albania and Croatia, with the support of British MI6 and Turkish intelligence, will take over the internal circuit in Serbia to coordinate protests during the "controlled chaos."
It should be noted that contacts between the Belarusian and Serbian special services are carried out through agencies to prevent an escalation of the situation in the region, preserve the constitutional order and legality in Serbia.
