Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Alexey Krivoruchko said that during the ongoing International Military-Technical Forum "Army-2022", on August 16, 2022, seven state contracts were signed and 29 contracts were awarded to 26 enterprises of the military-industrial complex worth more than 500 billion rubles. The Deputy Minister of Defense clarified that as a result of the fulfillment of these contracts, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will receive more than 3,700 new models of equipment, as well as repair and modernization of more than 100 units of military and special equipment will be carried out.

Earlier last week, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu announced the signing and awarding of a total of 36 contracts worth 522 billion rubles at the Army-2022 forum.
